The basics
What sport does this work for?
Basketball today. Other sports are coming, but if you coach something else, Reps isn't built for you yet.
Do I have to build out all the drills myself?
No. It comes preloaded with a shooting, ball handling, and conditioning library. You can also add your own drills in seconds.
Do I need to already be tracking things some other way?
No. Most coaches get by however they can: a text, a note, a printed page. Reps replaces that with one clean place.
How much time does this add to my week?
A few minutes to assign work. After that it runs itself. Players log on their own, and you check in when you want to.
Pricing
Is it free?
Free for 21 days, up to 50 active players. No card needed, so nothing auto-charges and there's nothing to cancel. After that, plans start at $8/mo.
What happens after 21 days?
Adding and assigning stop until you pick a plan. Your roster, history, and player logs stay saved and accessible.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Try it free. Nothing to enter, and nothing to cancel if it's not for you.
What if players go off-season? Do I have to pay for them?
No. You can pause (deactivate) off-season players anytime so they don't count toward your plan limit. Their history stays saved.
What if I have more than 50 players or multiple coaches?
Contact us at hello@assignreps.com for multi-coach program setups.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your profile. You'll keep everything you paid for through the end of that period. It just won't renew.
Your players
Do they need to download anything?
No. They get a text with a link. Tapping it opens their assignment right there. No app to install, no account to set up.
What do they have to share?
Just a phone number. No passwords, no email addresses.
Will it feel like extra homework or friction?
No. When you assign something, they get a text, tap it, and log what they did. That's the whole process.
Can players message me back?
No chat here. But when they log, they can leave a quick note so you see how it went. Coaching still happens in person; this keeps the thread alive between sessions.
What if a player doesn't have their own phone?
A parent's phone works using the same link.
Privacy and trust
Who sees my roster?
Only you. Players only see their own assignments and anonymous standings on challenge boards (no names or IDs).
What happens to my data if I stop using Reps?
It stays yours. Nothing is deleted without you asking, and we never hold records hostage.
Do you sell or share phone numbers or data?
No. We never sell phone numbers or data. We're funded by subscriptions, not ads. The few services that help run Reps, like our texting provider, are listed in the privacy policy.

Can other coaches or trainers share my account?
Not yet, it's one account per coach today. Running a club or program with several coaches or 50+ players? Email hello@assignreps.com and tell us what you need.
Does this replace texting my players?
No, just the homework part. You'll still text however you already do.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. It's a web link, so it works on any phone. Coaches: save Reps to your home screen and it opens like an app.
