What Reps is

Reps is a tool for coaches to assign practice, run challenges and share recaps, and for players to log their work.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for obtaining explicit verbal consent before adding any player or parent phone number to Reps.

Before entering a phone number you must confirm with the recipient: “I'd like to send your practice assignments through Reps. You'll get a text with a link to view and log your work. Is that okay?”

You agree not to add phone numbers of anyone who has not verbally agreed to receive messages. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to opt out.

Payments

Free for 21 days, up to 50 active players. No card needed, and nothing charges when it ends. After 21 days, adding and assigning stop until you pick a plan. Your roster, history and player links keep working.

Plans are billed monthly at the prices on our homepage. Upgrading charges the prorated difference that day. Downgrading credits the unused time to your next bill.

Cancel anytime from Manage billing on your plan screen. You keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't refund partial months.

If a payment fails, Reps works like an ended trial until it's fixed. If you have more active players than your plan allows, you can't assign new work until you're back within it.

Availability

We do our best to keep Reps running reliably. We're not liable for outages or data loss.

Termination

We can suspend accounts that violate these terms.
